My career began long before I started IMPACT Executive Consultancy & Coaching.
For over 20 years, I served in international HR leadership roles at Fortune 10 companies — from AT&T to Sun Microsystems to Cisco — where I worked alongside leaders navigating complexity, change and rapid growth. I saw first-hand how leadership could transform performance, culture and the trajectory of a team. I also saw how challenging and lonely leadership can be without the right support.

Those years shaped my conviction:
great leadership does not happen by accident — it happens through intention, reflection, and the willingness to develop oneself continuously.
